Super Eagles’ rise on the FIFA Ranking continues as they moved up four places to 60 in the ranking released on Thursday, October 20.
In October ranking, the Super Eagles move from 64th to 60th country in world football.
This is the third consecutive upward movement for the Super Eagles who also moved three places from 14th to 11th in Africa.
Cote d’Ivoire (31) Senegal (32) Algeria (35) Tunisia (38) Ghana (45) Egypt (46) Congo DR (49) Congo (55) Mali (58) Cameroon (59) are all above Nigeria in 60.
Argentina remain the number one country in world football followed by Germany and Brazil in second and third place respectively.
Belgium and Colombia make up the top five.
Chile, France, Portugal, Uruguay and Spain complete the top 10.
