Manchester United attacker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has admitted he should have done better in his side's scoreless draw with Liverpool on Monday.
The former Paris Saint-Germain striker could have given his side the lead after a sublime cross from Paul Pogba early in the second half, but he failed to get his header on target.
United failed to break the deadlock in the remainder of the Premier League encounter and Ibrahimovic has admitted he could have made the difference.
"It was difficult," Ibrahimovic told reporters.
"I was chasing the ball rather than attacking it. But I should at least have gotten it on target.
"Then again, I was there in the right position and that is the important thing. Next time I will do better.
"It was a good game and a difficult game at the same time, away against Liverpool, who have been beating the big teams. I think it was a good result."
United sit United sit seventh in the table following Monday's draw with 14 points from eight games, trailing leaders Manchester City by five points.
